There is a market demand for the provision of human resources in the field of Epidemiology with a Masters degree, the Postgraduate School together with the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Public Health UNDIP are thinking of establishing a Masters program in Epidemiology. In 1999-2000 the Strata 2 (S-2 / Masters) Study Program of Public Health (MIKM) was opened with 4 concentrations, namely Health Administration and Policy (AKK), Hospital Administration (ARS), Health Promotion (Promkes) and Information Systems. Health Management (SIMKES). In 2000/2001, the Concentration of Environmental Health (Kesling), Community Nutrition, and Epidemiology was opened.
The UNDIP Postgraduate School Epidemiology Masters Study Program was officially opened based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education Number: 814 / DIKTI / KEP / 2001 in September 2001. There are 3 concentrations, namely Field Epidemiology, General Epidemiology, and Clinical Epidemiology. The Epidemiology Masters Study Program at UNDIP Postgraduate School began accepting students in September 2001. Currently, the Postgraduate School Epidemiology Masters Study Program (PS M.Epid.SPs) UNDIP is located at TTB A Building, 5th Floor, Jl.
